Online Ticket Orders

Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned.  If E-Tickets have been purchased it is the purchaser’s responsibility to print all of the tickets they have ordered and to check that they are the correct tickets.  Any problems must be reported immediately to the RNAA office on 01603 748931.  Mistakes cannot be rectified at the gate.  The ticket purchaser is responsible for ordering to ensure timely receipt of their ticket. Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the RNAA of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of your tickets. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers ordering online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address. For online ticket queries email boxoffice@rnaa.org.uk.  Tickets are valid for one day of the applicable event only.

Tickets purchased on-line, by post or telephone will be despatched within 5 working days via Royal Mail second class post.  Customers should allow a further week for delivery.  In the event of tickets failing to arrive, contact should be made with our office on 01603 748931 to allow us to double check our records and agree a suitable method for despatching replacement tickets, if applicable.

E-tickets are printed by the customer and can be re-printed should they be lost or misplaced.  The RNAA will not be responsible for the printing of E-tickets.  Please note, all tickets are scanned at entry to the event and strictly only one admittance per ticket will be allowed.  Customers are responsible for the security of their printed E-Tickets and ensuring that copies are not used by other parties to gain access to the event.  Once an E-Ticket has been scanned on entry further copies of the same E-Ticket will not gain entry. You must print your ticket for verification at the gate.  Hard copies only will be accepted.  We do NOT accept copies of E-Tickets on smart phones or other devices.

Cancelled Bookings

Once tickets have been purchased no duplicates will be issued or any refund made in respect of any lost, forgotten or unused tickets, badges, car park passes etc.

Cancellation or Abandonment of the Event

Should the event be cancelled or abandoned details of our cancellation policy will be posted on our web site and will be dependent on the type, duration and reasons for cancellation.  Any refund decisions made by the RNAA will be final.  Should the RNAA determine that a refund is applicable customers who have purchased tickets or E-Tickets will be invited via our website, local newspapers and radio to submit their unused tickets for a refund.  If applicable, refunds will be made against purchased tickets that have not had the stub removed or E-tickets that have not been scanned.

Trade Stands

The terms and conditions for Trade Stands are set out fully in the Trade Stand Information and Regulations book.  Copies are available from the RNAA on request.

Disclaimer of Liability

All tickets, badges, car park passes or any other items purchased are sold subject to the RNAA reserving the right to refuse admission to any person, or to withdraw permission at any time to remain in the Showground and the RNAA shall not be required to give any reason for such action. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the RNAA or anyone for whom we are responsible, neither the RNAA, nor any agent, employee or representative of the RNAA accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, animals, owners, riders, grooms, spectators, land or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
